*3, Exercise increase blood flow throughout the body, thereby bringing vital oxygen, nutrients, and minerals to the skin. Bottom line: working out leads to brighter, better-looking skin.
*4, most importantly, remove stress will give you a better glow. Uncontrolled stress can make your skin more sensitive and trigger acne breakouts and other skin problems. To encourage healthy skin — and a healthy state of mind — take steps to manage your stress.
