CHANDIGARH, 10.01.26-Colonel Gursewak Singh (War Veteran), Author & Life Coach, shared insights on Health, Happiness, and Stress Management at DSOI Sector-26 Panchkula.

Colonel Singh, popularly known as Col Guru, explained how to harness the power of the subconscious mind to manage stress and lead a happy, healthy life. He shared practical tips for everyday stress management.

The event was led by PMA President Mr SS Sidhu, who welcomed Col Singh, and Mr Vijay Garg gave a vote of thanks.

The President thanked Col Gursewak Singh for presenting 55 copies of his famous book entitled Stress Management; steps to health, happiness and success.
