MAHENDERGARH, 10.09.25-The Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh, inaugurated a two-day International Conference on “Global Synergies for Viksit Bharat: Innovations in Banking, Finance, and Business Management for Sustainable Development” on Wednesday. The event, organized in collaboration with the Indian Accounting Association and Vidya Bharati Uchcha Shikshan Sansthan, focuses on innovations and global cooperation to achieve the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.

The inaugural session was graced by Prof. Alok Kumar Chakrawal, Vice-Chancellor, Guru Ghasidas University, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, as the Chief Guest, and Prof. Raj Nehru, Former Vice-Chancellor of Shri Vishwakarma Skill University and OSD to the Chief Minister of Haryana, as the Guest of Honour. Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice-Chancellor, CUH presided over the session. Prof. Pawan Kumar Sharma, Pro-Vice Chancellor, CUH was also present on this occasion.

Prof. Raj Nehru told about India’s ancient knowledge traditions and motivated students to embrace risk-taking as a path to success. He emphasized the need to revive India’s traditional education systems that promote problem-solving and holistic development. Highlighting the nation’s civilizational strengths, he encouraged the youth to pursue skill-based education, entrepreneurship, and employment generation to contribute towards building a developed India by 2047.

Prof. Alok Kumar Chakrawal focused on employment generation and business development as the cornerstones of national progress. He motivated students to take initiative in start-ups and adapt themselves to the rapid technological transformations shaping the modern world. Stressing the necessity of combining theoretical knowledge with technical training, he reminded the youth that determination and readiness to take risks are key to achieving the vision of Viksit Bharat.

Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar emphasized the need to invest in innovation and inspire students towards startups and entrepreneurial ventures. He emphasized that the time has come to invest in innovation, highlighting that innovation yields multiple returns. Prof. Pawan Kumar Sharma underlined the importance of sustainable, resilient, and India-centric models of growth.
