Chandigarh, August 3:The Sports Department, U.T. Chandigarh will organise a Swimming Tournament for Boys & Girls in the U-11, U-14, U-17, U-19 categories and Special Children from August 25 to 27, 2026 at the All Weather Swimming Pool, Sector 23, Chandigarh.

The last date for submission of entries is August 22, 2026. Entry forms will be available on the department’s website http://sportsdeptt.chd.gov.in and at the Swimming Coaching Centres located at Sector 8, All Weather Swimming Pool Sector 23, Nursery Pool Sector 23, Sector 27, Sector 34, Sector 38 (West), Sector 39, Sector 43, Sector 50, Sector 56, Manimajra Sports Complex and Lake Club Sports Complex. Entries will be accepted only in physical mode at these coaching centres after verification of the participants’ credentials.

There is no entry fee for participation. Refreshments will also be provided to all participants during the tournament.

Players must either be residents of Chandigarh or students of a school/college located in Chandigarh. Aadhaar Card along with School/College Identity Card or Bonafide Certificate issued by the concerned institution will be accepted as proof of eligibility.

The age eligibility is as follows:

* U-11: Born on or after 01.01.2016
* U-14: Born on or after 01.01.2013
* U-17: Born on or after 01.01.2010
* U-19: Born on or after 01.01.2008
