Chandigarh, May 21: CITCO celebrated International Tea Day on May 21, 2026, across its premier hospitality properties — Hotel Mountview, Hotel Shivalikview, and Chef Lakeview. The special celebration offered tea lovers an exquisite range of traditional, herbal, and refreshing tea varieties paired with delightful bakery and snack accompaniments.
At Hotel Mountview, guests enjoyed an extensive selection including ginger tea, masala tea, Assam tea, Darjeeling tea, Kashmiri kehwa, gur wali chai, iced tea, and more. Special tea combos priced from Rs. 175 onwards were served with complimentary accompaniments including Danish pastries, croissants, muffins, cookies, veg patties, cheese patties, doughnuts, brownies, apple pie, sandwiches, butter toast, and pakoras.
Hotel Shivalikview presented a diverse tea experience featuring cardamom tea, oolong tea, chamomile tea, lemongrass tea, herbal tea, and refreshing iced teas, including peach, pineapple, and honeydew mint variants. Tea combos priced from Rs. 170 onwards included complimentary snacks and bakery items such as cookies, mathries, samosas, pakoras, buttered maska buns, muffins, pastries, cheese straws, spinach puffs, and sandwiches.
At Chef Lakeview, visitors enjoyed specially curated, pocket-friendly tea combos including ginger tea, masala tea, and gur wali chai paired with a samosa or cutlet at an attractive price of Rs. 50 inclusive of GST.
