Chandigarh, February 7:-The Municipal Corporation Chandigarh’s flagship initiative MC One Pass has achieved a significant milestone by crossing 3,000 registrations within just 10 days of its launch, reflecting strong public trust and an encouraging response from citizens.

Designed to streamline municipal services and enhance ease of access for residents, MC One Pass has rapidly gained traction as a single, unified platform offering multiple civic services under one digital umbrella. The swift adoption highlights the growing preference for transparent, time-bound, and citizen-centric digital governance solutions.

To further enhance convenience, the Municipal Corporation has enabled citizens to generate their MC One Pass by simply scanning QR codes installed at all paid parking sites falling under the jurisdiction of MC Chandigarh, making on-the-spot registration quick and hassle-free.

Speaking about the scheme, MC Commissioner Sh. Amit Kumar, IAS attributed the success of the initiative to its user-friendly features, simplified processes, and extensive awareness efforts. He expressed confidence that the momentum will continue, further strengthening service delivery and reducing procedural delays.

Reaffirming its commitment to leveraging technology for improved civic engagement, the Municipal Corporation urged more residents to register and benefit from the convenience offered by MC One Pass, terming it a major step towards smart, efficient, and responsive urban governance.
