Chandigarh, 10.01.2026:The Annual General Body Meeting of the Chandigarh State Cooperative Bank Limited was held today, at the Community Centre, Sector-22, Chandigarh, under the chairmanship of Shri Satinder Pal Singh Sidhu, Chairman of the Bank. The meeting was convened after a gap of nearly 13 years.

The meeting was attended by the Vice Chairman of the Bank, Shri Kulwinder Singh Kala; Managing Director, Ms. Anuradha Chagti; all Directors—Shri Surjit Singh Dhillon, Shri Bhupinder Singh Baderi, Shri Hardeep Singh, Shri Jeet Singh, Shri Jujhar Singh, Shri Bal Kishan, Shri Tarlochan Singh, Shri Gurpreet Singh, Shri Manjit Singh Rana—along with bank staff members and a large number of shareholders.

Addressing the gathering on the occasion, Chairman Shri Satinder Pal Sidhu stated that holding the General Body Meeting after a long gap of 13 years is a significant achievement for the Bank. He informed that all agenda items placed before the General Body by the Board were unanimously approved without any opposition, reflecting the confidence of the shareholders, transparency, and a strong system of governance in the Bank.

Managing Director Ms. Anuradha Chagti expressed her gratitude to the Chairman, all Directors, shareholders, and bank staff for their cooperation and support.
