Chandigarh, April 15-BJP candidate Sanjay Tandon said the trust with which the people of 22 villages and Manimajra region placed the turban on his head, he will also assure that he will fully respect it.

Tandon was speaking at the grand conference of the people of 22 villages and Manimajra region organised in Kishangarh.

Here while placing their main three demands before the BJP candidate, hundreds of people from the above areas placed a turban on his head.

During the conference here, Tandon assured the farmers that their houses outside Lal Dora will be regularized.

Tandon said this is an opportunity not only to bring BJP to power for the third time but also to give speed to the wheel of development going on in India.

He said the opposition is conspiring to change the intentions of the people by misleading them, hence everyone needs to be alert and tell this to their family, neighbors and friends about the public welfare policies and schemes of the BJP.

State President Jitender Pal Malhotra and former President Arun Sood also addressed the program. On this occasion, Vice President Rambir Bhatti, General Secretary Dr. Hukam Chand, Amit Jindal, Senior Deputy Mayor Kuljit Singh Sandhu, Corporation Councilor Harjeet Singh Mauli, Kanwarjit Rana, Kisan Morcha President Didar Singh, Bhajan Singh Madu, Rupinder Rana, Balvindra Sharma, Jujhar were present.
