CHANDIGARH, 20.03.23-Kabir's Roll of Old Students (KROS), an alumni of St. Kabir Public School, organised the annual campaign 'KHUSHIYON KA RECYCLE' at their alma mater, St. Kabir Public School, in association with GOONJ (a non-profit organisation that helps the underprivileged) for three days i.e. 17th, 18th and 20th March.
The event lays emphasis on KROS's commitment to the concept of 'sharing is caring.'
Every year, the Final Parent Teacher Meeting of the session at school is chosen to raise the maximum number of contributions for this worthy cause. KROS makes it a point to include NSS students from school in order to foster empathy amongst them for their peers in rural areas.

Around 100 cartons of new and old notebooks, stationary, school uniforms and other clothing items, school bags, water bottles, toys, and other miscellaneous items were collected by KROS this year. Under the 'School to School' initiative, these contributions will now be transferred to children in remote locations via GOONJ, where they will get school materials as a reward for participating in various theme-based activities.
The passion of the contributors was praiseworthy and KROS was once again commended for its efforts.
