MAHENDERGARH, 14.09.26-The Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendragarh, has commenced online applications for admission to Ph.D. programmes for the July 2026 cycle. A total of 190 Ph.D. seats across 32 departments are available, with registration open until October 3, 2026. Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice-Chancellor said that CUH is committed to strengthening research, innovation and skill development in accordance with the National Education Policy and expressed confidence that the admission process would bring talented and dedicated research scholars to the University.

Prof. Pawan Kumar Sharma, Pro-Vice-Chancellor expressed confidence that the admission process would provide opportunities to talented research aspirants. Prof. Suneel Kumar, Registrar informed that the list of candidates exempted from the entrance examination will be released on October 5, while the entrance examination for six programmes will be held on October 8 at the University campus. Candidates eligible under GATE/GPAT for these programmes will be exempted from the entrance examination. Interviews will commence from October 12, and a second list, subject to availability of vacant seats, will be released on October 17, 2026.
