CHANDIGARH, 28.03.26-Readers Club of GGDSD College, Sector 32, in collaboration with the National Digital Library of India, organised a book review programme on Saturday.

The participants presented reviews of selected books, including The Murder of Roger Ackroyd, Wuthering Heights, The Boy Who Loved, I Fell in Love with Hope, Beyond the Syllabus, Keeper of the Lost Cities, Me and Earl and the Dying Girl and My God is a Woman.

Dr Gurpreet Singh, Convener, Library, stated that the objective of organising such programmes was to ignite reading habits among students and foster critical thinking through literary engagement.

Dr Ajay Sharma, College Principal and Patron, NDLI Club, in his address, encouraged students to develop consistent reading habits. He highlighted the importance of literature in shaping intellect and perspective and appreciated the efforts of Readers Club in promoting a culture of reading.
