A Case FIR No 91 U/S 304(2), 3(5) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 34 Chandigarh on the complaint of one lady R/o # Sector 46/A Chandigarh against two unknown on black color motorcyclists, no HP---8707 sped away after snatched mobile phone from complainant at 20/21/33/34 Chowk on 16.06.2025. During the investigation, Tarun and Gurdas both R/o # Village Kheri Derabassi Punjab were arrested. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Two arrested in consuming liquor

Chandigarh Police arrested Mohmad Rafik R/o # 710/9 BDC, Sector 26, Chandigarh from Khirki Wala parking phase 1 Industrial area on 18.06.2025 while drinking at public place and creating nuisance. A Case FIR No 52 U/S 68(1) (B) PP Act has been registered in Police Station Industrial Area Chandigarh later on accused bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Chandigarh Police arrested Anil R/o # 479/11 Village Dariya Chandigarh near YTC Yard Village Dariya Chandigarh on 18.06.2025 while drinking at a public place and creating nuisance. A Case FIR No 53 U/S 68(1) (B) PP Act has been registered in Police Station Industrial Area Chandigarh later on accused bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.

One arrested in Disobeying the order of DM

Chandigarh Police arrested Ankush Mahajan R/o # 340/1 Sector 41/A Chandigarh who ran the Immigration Agency at SCO No 84-85, 4^th floor Sector 17/C Chandigarh without any permission and disobeyed the orders of DM/UT Chandigarh and later on accused released on bail. A Case Fir no 86 U/S 223 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 17 Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No 85 U/S 318(4), 61(2) & 24 Immigration Act has been registered in Police Station Sector 17 Chandigarh on the complaint of Mr. Jodh Singh R/o #VPO GHO District Pathankot, Punjab and others against Anubhav Garg and others R/o # 2^nd floor SCO No 110-111 World Walk Immigration Sector 17 Chandigarh they cheated with complainant R.s 15,96,000/- regarding providing work visa.
