SHIMLA -10 May, 2026-Governor of Punjab Gulab Chand Kataria today paid a courtesy call on Himachal Pradesh Governor Kavinder Gupta at Lok Bhavan, Shimla.
Kavinder Gupta warmly welcomed the Punjab Governor and honoured him with the traditional Himachali cap, shawl and a memento as a gesture of respect and goodwill.
During the meeting, the two Governors held detailed discussions on various matters of mutual interest, including issues related to inter-state co-operation, cultural exchange and regional development. They also exchanged views on strengthening the spirit of national unity and co-operative federalism.
Senior officials of Lok Bhavan were also present on the occasion.
