A Case FIR No. 35 U/S 115(2), 126( 2), 190, 191(2), 191(3), 351(2) BNS has been registered in Police Station Industrial Area Chandigarh on the complaint of Sahil R/o # 1605/2 Sector-30/B, Chandigarh against Ashwani @ Ashu, Gaurav @ Lucky, Rahul @ Chamunda, Raman and Atul R/o # not known, they beat/ threatened the complainant near # 1661 sector-30/B on 08-03-2026. Complainant/victim sustained injuries and admitted in GMCH-32 Chandigarh. During the investigation the accused Rahul @ chamunda R/o # 1631/2 Sector-30/B, Chandigarh was arrested and later on bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No. 18 U/S 318(4), 336(2), 336(3), 340(2) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector 03 Chandigarh on the complaint of Amandeep Singh R/o # SCO No. 143-144 Sector 09/C, Chandigarh against Manjit Singh Bajwa R/O # Chopra Complex, Opposite Nirankari Bhawan, Hoshiarpur, Punjab, other, they cheated the complainant of Rs 38 lakh regarding visa. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Theft

A case FIR No. 24 U/S 305, 331 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-19 Chandigarh on the complaint of Sh. Amandeep Singh Mahey R/o H No. 1167/A, Sector-20/B, Chandigarh against unknown person who stole away diamond ring, gold ring, silver chain, ₹20,000 cash, a samsung laptop, an oppo mobile phone, a noise smart watch, 512 gb hard drive, two pen drives, and ear pods from his residence after broken the lock on dated 08-03-2026. Investigation of this case is in progress.
