Chandigarh, February 12:- The Municipal Corporation Chandigarh’s flagship digital initiative, MC One Pass, has crossed the significant milestone of 4,000 registrations, reflecting the overwhelming response and growing trust of citizens in the Corporation’s citizen-centric reforms.
Launched with the objective of simplifying and streamlining access to multiple civic services through a single-window digital platform, MC One Pass has emerged as a convenient, transparent and time-saving solution for residents. The initiative has significantly reduced procedural delays, minimized physical visits to municipal offices, and enhanced ease of availing various permissions and services.
