CHANDIGARH, 26.06.25- Today, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between Foundation for Indian Historical and Cultural Research (FIHCR) and the Post-Graduate Government College-11 (PGGC-11) to foster interdisciplinary research and encouraging partnerships beyond conventional boundaries.

The MoU was signed by Prof. J.K. Sehgal, Principal, PGGC-11. FIHCR was represented by Dr. Jappen Oberoi, Head of Research and Projects, who will also serve as the liaisoning officer on behalf of the Foundation. FIHCR is a private, non-profit, apolitical & non-governmental organization founded by Dr. Vikram Sampath, who currently serves as its Director. The foundation is aimed at reviving, preserving, and promoting India’s rich historical and cultural heritage by re-establishing India’s historical and cultural narrative, fostering pride and ownership of Indian identity among her people.
