Chandigarh, June 24, 2025: Mehr Chand Mahajan DAV College for Women, Chandigarh, continues to set benchmarks in media education, with its Department of Mass Communication earning national recognition. According to the surveys by India Today, The Week, Outlook, and Open Magazine, the college ranks consistently among the top Mass Communication institutions in the country. Additionally, in recognition of its creative and socially responsible awareness videos, the Department has received accolades from the Chandigarh Administration for videos on Single Use Plastic and Swachhta.
