Chandigarh, February 12- With the holy blessings and guidance of Satguru Mata Sudiksha Ji Maharaj for the welfare of humanity, a Blood Donation Camp was organized by Sant Nirankari Charitable Foundation (Social Department of Sant Nirankari Mission) at Satsang Bhawan, Branch Sector-15D Area. In which 137 devotees of the mission donated blood with selfless spirit. The blood bank team of PGI Hospital specially reached for blood collection.
This camp was inaugurated by Rev. HS Chawla ji member in charge Chandigarh Punjab Himachal Pradesh Uttarakhand Jammu Kashmir. He encouraged all the blood donors who participated in the blood donation camp and appreciated their selfless service and contribution towards public welfare. On this occasion, he said that Satguru Mata Sudiksha ji Maharaj is working to connect man with man by imparting divine knowledge in the Nirankari Mission. Apart from this, Rev. SS Banga, Head of Sector 15, Rev. Chawla, member in charge of branch and zonal in charge, thanked all coordinators, heads, regional coordinators, Sevadal officials, volunteers, blood donors, doctors and their team present in the blood donation camp from the core of their hearts. In charge of Chandigarh Zone, Shri O. P Nirankari ji said that Sant Nirankari Mission has been a pioneer in the whole country in donating blood. So far, the mission has organized 7471 blood donation camps and collected 12,31,578 units of blood. In this series, four blood donation camps are being held in Chandigarh zone today.
Sant Nirankari Mission spiritual along with spiritual advancement is also contributing in social welfare activities including blood donation camps, cleanliness drives, tree planting campaigns, women and child development empowerment schemes, free eye check-up camps and assistance to the needy in natural calamities so that the overall development of the society can take place.
