चंडीगढ़ से सम्मानित प्रतिभागियों में जीएमएमएस सेक्टर 49-डी की इंचार्ज सुश्री सुधा विशेष रूप से उल्लेखनीय रहीं, जो शिक्षा विभाग, चंडीगढ़ प्रशासन में अपनी सेवाएं दे रही हैं। वे अखिल भारतीय राष्ट्रीय शैक्षिक महासंघ, चंडीगढ़ इकाई की महासचिव के रूप में भी कार्यरत हैं। शिक्षा के उत्थान, विशेष रूप से जरूरतमंद एवं वंचित विद्यार्थियों तथा बालिकाओं के लिए किए जा रहे उनके समर्पित कार्यों की सराहना की गई।

Officiating Principal Ms Neena Sharma stated that the orientation programme served as a significant step in preparing students for professional, academic, and community-based learning experiences, thereby enhancing their employability and holistic development.

*Ms. Meenu Girdhar, Cancer Community Leader of NGO Sanjeevani – Life Beyond Cancer, who shared valuable insights on warning signs, preventive measures, healthy lifestyle practices, and the significance of timely medical consultation in case of cancer. *Mrs. Neelam Bansal, Library Incharge appreciated the initiative and highlighted the importance of organizing health awareness programs. *The program was organized by Dr. Neeza Singh, Librarian to promote social awareness, health education.

Dr. Ashok Kumar Mittal, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) and Founder Chancellor of LPU chaired the ceremony. Congratulating the graduating students, Dr. Mittal stated, “Today is not merely a graduation ceremony but a celebration of courage, perseverance, and global friendship".

The Chief Guest of the valedictory ceremony, Prof. Suneel Kumar, Registrar of Central University of Haryana, appreciated the efforts of the organizing committee and emphasized the need for rigorous and ethically grounded research practices in higher education.

Addressing the gathering, Director Education cum Senior Principal Ms. Vineeta Arora congratulated the incoming team and praised BOSS for its role in keeping the alumni community engaged and connected.

Hon’ble Governor of Punjab and Administrator, UT Chandigarh, Sh. Gulab Chand Kataria unveiled the Annual Report of the VADA Club for the academic session 2025–26.

Principal Mr. Reuben John said the Global University Fair was organised to help students make informed decisions about their future and broaden their academic perspectives in an increasingly interconnected world.
