A Case FIR No. 03 U/S 309(4), 3(5) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-31 Chandigarh on the complaint of Shiva R/o # 985, Village - Faidan Nizampur, Chandigarh against three unknown persons on bike number not known who sped away after snatched complainant’s mobile phone and Purse Containing Adhar Card, Pan Card, Atm and Cash from Kali Bari Light Point on 11-01-2026. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Two persons arrested in voluntarily causing hurt

A Case FIR No. 07 U/S 115(2), 126(2), 118(1), 3(5) BNS has been registered in Police Station Maloya Chandigarh on the complaint of Parsu Ram R/o # 502/1, Ews Colony, Maloya, Chandigarh against Pawan Kumar R/o # 536/1, Ews Colony, Maloya and Suraj R/o # 536/1, Ews Colony, Maloya both the accused stabbed to complainant with knife near his house on 11-01-2026. During the investigation both accused arrested. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No. 02 U/S 305, 317(2) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-26 Chandigarh on the complaint of Awdesh R/O # 1167, Janta Colony, Nayagaon (Punjab) against Rajesh R/O # 148, Ph-3, BDC, Sector-26, Chandigarh Who stole away copper wire from the roof top of SCO No. 23 Sector-26, Chandigarh on 12-01 2026. During the investigation, the accused person was arrested. Investigation of this case is in progress.

A Case FIR No. 07 U/S 305(A) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-11 Chandigarh on the complaint of Sandeep R/O # 571, Vill- Khudda Ali Sher, Chandigarh against Unknown person who stolen away complainant’s 1 Gold Chain, 1 Pair Gold Ear Ring, 2 Silver Chains, 2 Pair Silver Foot Rings, 1 Pair Silver Payal, 1 Silver Ring and cash Rs. 7000-8000/- from his house on the night intervening 10/11-01-2025. Investigation of this case is in progress
