New Delhi, 07 April 2022- Shangri-La Eros New Delhi introduces a series of authentic regional cuisines in collaboration with Chef Pin. The talented home chefs will take over the regional counter at the hotel’s international cuisine restaurant, Tamra. The exclusive series begins with home chef Surbhi Bhandari presenting Marwadi cuisine under the guidance of the hotel’s Executive Chef, Gagandeep Singh Sawhney from 7 to 10 April 2022 for lunch and dinner buffet.

Chef Pin is a leading platform for home chefs, offering healthy home-cooked meal options to people who love pure authentic home-cooked food. The chefs will be presenting their specialties for four days, covering a variety of regional cuisines.

The Marwadi special menu will include delicacies such as Jodhpuri Kofte, Dal Pakwan, Moong Dal Open Kachori, Dhaniya Badi, Gatte Dana Methi Ki Sabzi, Besan Chila Sabzi, Gatte Matar ka Pulao, Namak Ajwain Paratha, Mini Kachori Chaat, Gulab Jamun Ki Sabzi and Dry Fruit Shrikhand for desserts.

Sharing her views on this unique experience of cooking at one of the best kitchen’s in the city, home chef Surbhi Bhandari says, “Authentic Marwadi cuisine is closest to my heart and I am trying to bring back age-old, heritage recipes. My inspiration is my mom-in-law who held my hand, taught, and guided me in my journey as a chef.”
