Crispy Bhindi Presented By Madhulika Vatsal


250g Okra/Lady's finger/Bhindi

2 tbsp gram flour (besan)

2 tbsp rice flour (chawal ka atta)

1 tsp red chilli powder (lal mirch powder)

1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi powder)

1 tsp coriander powder

1 tsp salt (namak)

1 tbsp vinegar

Method –

Wash okra with water and wipe with a kitchen napkin.

Remove ends of okra and cut the okra lengthwise. Remove hard and big seeds from the okra.

Sprinkle vinegar on okra and mix.

Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt in okra and mix.

Add gram flour, rice flour in spiced okra and mix.

Fry spice coated okra in hot oil on medium to high flame.

Take them out from oil.

Fry all the okras in the same way.

Crispy and spicy okras are ready to serve.
