Sh. Mandip Singh Brar, IAS, Secretary Health, U.T. Chandigarh directed that special emphasis be placed on achieving the second “95” target, ensuring that all diagnosed PLHIV are promptly initiated on Antiretroviral Therapy (ART) are retained in care.
