Chandigarh, July 22 - Haryana Governor Prof. Ashim Kumar Ghosh on Wednesday formally inaugurated the renovation of the Gaushala located in Lok Bhavan by performing the Bhoomi Pujan ceremony.

As part of the renovation project, modern and well-equipped sheds will be constructed for the cows. In addition, the essential infrastructure for the protection, care and maintenance of the cattle will be expanded and strengthened to ensure better facilities and improved management of the Gaushala.

Secretary to the Governor, Sh Vijaykumar Bhavitkatti, along with officers and staff of Lok Bhavan, was present on the occasion.
