MOHALI, 02.04.26-Aryans Group of Colleges, Rajpura, organized a POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) Awareness Workshop to promote safe and respectful workplaces. Students from various streams actively participated and gained awareness about their rights and responsibilities under the POSH Act.

Dr. Chetna Bhagat, Advocate & POSH Trainer, delivered an informative session on workplace safety, complaint procedures, and legal aspects of the Prevention of Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (POSH) Act, 2013. The session was interactive and encouraged open discussion among participants.

The participants appreciated the insightful session and highlighted the relevance of such initiatives in today’s environment. The event reinforced the importance of awareness, sensitivity, and collective responsibility in building a safe, respectful, and inclusive workplace culture.
