Lucknow, May 2: The film “Razakar: Silent Genocide of Hyderabad”, based on the massacre by the Razakars during India's early days of independence in Hyderabad State on the orders of the Nizam, has been well-received by audiences across India since its release on April 26.

Lead actors Raj Arjun and actress Anusuya Tripathi, along with producer Gudur Narayan Reddy have attended a special screening of the movie in Lucknow and interacted with the media. Critics and audiences are appreciative of the film.

“The film is a great tribute to the Iron Man of India, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel,” the actor asserted. Born in Gujarat, Sardar Patel was the first Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister of India. He led several major movements during British rule and after Independence, played a crucial role in integrating many princely states into India. His invaluable contribution to Hyderabad's integration into India is something no Indian can forget.
