CHANDIGARH,17^th May 2026-Grand Finale of Employees Cricket League 2026 (ECL-3) Concludes with a thrilling clash between PSCC and BRD Eleven (Airforce) at Cricket Stadium, Sector 16, Chandigarh.

Organized and hosted by the Punjab Secretariat Cricket Club (Regd.), Chandigarh, the tournament brought together 26 teams from various government departments and PSUs.

The final match, which began at 12:00 Noon onwards, witnessed a packed stadium with enthusiastic supporters from both sides.

In a low scoring contest, BRD Eleven chased a target of 107 in 19th over by 6 wickets emerged victorious by 5 wickets and lifted the trophy after a dominant performance. Amit Yadav from BRD Eleven for scoring 47 not out was awarded Player of the Match. Amninder from PSCC was awarded as Fighter of the Match for his steady inning under pressure.

Kamal Chamkaur was judged Player of the Tournament for his all round performance with bat and ball during the league.

The closing ceremony was graced by Sanjay Tandon, Former President UTCA, Anshu Kataria, President, Punjab Unaided Colleges Association (PUCA) & Chairman, Aryans Group of Colleges, Subhash Sharma, Vice Chairman, Punjab Water Supply & Sewerage Board, Satish Chander, PCS and Janak Singh, Patron. Apart from these, representatives of various employees unions Sukhchain Khaira, Sushil Kumar Fauji and Manjeet Singh Randhawa also graced the occasion with their presence.

Speaking on the occasion, Neeraj kumar, President, Punjab Secretariat Cricket Club, said, “ECL-3 was not just about cricket; it was about building bonds beyond office walls. He thanked all participating teams for their support in making this season a grand success.”
