CHANDIGARH, 31.01.26-The TrendsModa Club of Goswami Ganesh Dutta Sanatan Dharma College, Chandigarh, in collaboration with the Spiritual Application Research Centre (SpARC) of Rajyoga Education and Research Foundation (RERF), Mt. Abu, successfully organized the 5th Resilience Programme on 31st January 2026 at the Biotechnology Seminar Hall from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM.
The programme was organized with the objective of promoting emotional well-being, mental strength, and creativity among students and staff members of the college. The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from students, faculty members, and non-teaching staff. The programme commenced with a warm welcome of the resource person by Mr. Ashutosh Sharma, Registrar, who appreciated the efforts of the club. The session was conducted by BK Madhu, Resource Person, who shared valuable insights on emotional balance, stress management, self-awareness, and positive thinking. Through interactive discussions and practical examples, the speaker emphasized the importance of inner peace and spiritual values in enhancing creativity and personal growth. The resource person guided the participants on developing resilience in academic and professional life and encouraged them to adopt mindfulness and self-discipline to overcome challenges.
The session inspired the audience to reflect on their emotional health and work towards holistic development. Dr. Sumita Sikka, Convener and Coordinator of the TrendsModa Club, expressed her gratitude to the resource person and participants for their valuable contributions. The programme was held under the patronage of Dr. Ajay Sharma, Principal, GGDSD College, Chandigarh, and coordinated by the organizing committee comprising the TrendsModa Club team and faculty members Ms. Tania Sharma, Ms. Ekta Dhiman, Ms. Dikshita Chauhan, Ms. Rupali Jindal, and Ms. Mannjot Kaur. Overall, the Resilience Programme proved to be a meaningful and enriching experience, contributing positively to the personal and professional development of the participants.
