SHIMLA,Dated: 20.04.2024-The Himachal Pradesh National Law University, Shimla (HPNLU), under the aegis leadership of its Vice Chancellor (officiating), Prof. (Dr.) Chanchal Kumar Singh, conducted its 7th edition of Intra Moot Court Competition for the students of the University on April 19th and 20th, 2024. The competition showcased exceptional legal talent and fostered rigorous debate on contemporary legal issues.

The event witnessed participation from undergraduate students, eager to test their advocacy skills in a simulated courtroom environment. With seven intense sessions spread over two days, participants of more than 90 teams i.e., more than 250 students displayed remarkable legal acumen and eloquence, reflecting the rigorous training and dedication invested in their education at HPNLU.

The competition, conducted in a hybrid model, was graced by a distinguished panel of judges, comprising of faculty members of the university and students of postgraduate and Ph.D. programmes, along with illustrious alumni, who provided invaluable feedback and evaluation to the aspiring legal minds. Their expertise and insights added immense value to the competition, enriching the learning experience for all involved.

The competition not only provided a platform for students to hone their advocacy skills but also facilitated networking opportunities and intellectual exchange among legal scholars and practitioners.
