CHANDIGARH, 06.09.25-The much-anticipated book “Calm Down and Keep Going – A No-BS Guide to Finding Peace and Power in the Chaos”, authored by Aditya Nagrath, was officially launched today in a grand ceremony attended by eminent personalities from the medical, academic, and social fraternity.
The event was inaugurated by Dr. Vipin Kaushal, Medical Superintendent, PGIMER, **Chandigarh. Distinguished guests included Dr. Akshay Saxena, Professor, Department of Radiodiagnosis, PGIMER, and Dr. Babita Ghai, Professor, Department of Anaesthesia, PGIMER, who lauded the author’s contribution in presenting a refreshing, practical guide to overcoming stress and finding inner balance.
Respected leaders of the Medical Technologist Association were also present, including Mr. Ajay Jha, President (MTA) and Mr. Ajay Attri, General Secretary (MTA). Among the other dignitaries in attendance were Dr. Surinder Sharma and Mr. Susheel Kashyap, Tutor, Department of Radiodiagnosis, PGIMER, and a teacher of Aditya Nagrath, who expressed pride in witnessing his student’s accomplishments.
The event carried a special emotional resonance with the presence of Ms. Archana Nagrath, mother of the author, who offered her blessings, and Ms. Renu, school teacher of Aditya, who shared her joy in seeing her students achieve such an inspiring milestone.
