She would always make my favourite dishes. Watching her cooking and due to her blessings, I sharpened myself to try out new and exciting recipes. With time Cooking has become a passion for me. Palak Patta Chaat

Ingredients -

10-15 Spinach leaves (palak ke patte)

For batter-

1 Cup gram flour (besan)

1/2 tsp red chilli powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/4 tsp carom seeds (ajwayan)

For assembling-

Green chutney

Tamarind chutney

Curd

Red chilli powder

Salt

Chopped tomato

pomegranate seeds

Nylon sev, Khari Boondi (salted boondi)

Method –

Add gram flour, red chilli powder, carom seeds, turmeric and salt in a bowl. Mix

Add water and prepare a thick batter.

I have washed and cleaned the spinach leaves.

Dip one spinach leaf in batter and fry in hot oil on high flame.

Take them out.

Fry all the leaves like this.

Palak pakode is ready.

Time for assembling. Get set go.

Place them on a serving plate.

Sprinkle red chilli powder, salt over them.

Pour fresh beaten curd, green chutney, tamarind chutney, pomegranate seeds, chopped tomatoes, nylon sev and khari boondi. Serve immediately.

My kids finished two of them. This is mine....ummm so yummmm..
