Jalandhar, 22.05.26-; Lovely Professional University (LPU) conducted an intensive six week Faculty Induction Program (FIP) on the Application of Artificial Intelligence in Teaching and Research, reiterating its commitment to building an AI enabled academic ecosystem where innovation and education evolve together.

The pioneering initiative was organised by LPU’s Human Resource Development Center in collaboration with TalentGro Global, the pioneering initiative brought together 50 faculty members from diverse disciplines for advanced hands on training in artificial intelligence tools, academic automation, digital productivity, and future ready pedagogical practices.

Designed as a practice oriented and immersive learning experience, the sessions enabled educators to apply AI tools in real time academic contexts ranging from lecture design and assessment creation to research workflows, academic communication, gamification, and student engagement strategies. The initiative culminated in a project showcase where faculty members presented AI integrated teaching and research models developed during the program, reflecting the practical impact of the training.
