Insulting Women in the Name of ₹1500, Chief Minister Is Making a Public Joke: Dr. Bindal
Dr. Rajeev Bindal said that on the sacred occasion of Himachal Day, it is extremely painful to state through the media that the Chief Minister of the state appears to be standing in a position of mockery towards the mothers, sisters, and daughters of Himachal Pradesh.
He recalled that the Congress government had announced in October–November 2022 that once they formed the government, every woman would receive ₹1500 per month starting December. Today, the government has entered its fourth year, yet not a single rupee has been given.
Now once again, women are being asked on public platforms to raise their hands, fill forms, and register for ₹1500. This is nothing but a shameful and humiliating mockery of Himachal’s women.
Dr. Bindal questioned where the lakhs of forms filled in 2022 have disappeared. The people of Himachal deserve an answer.
