Three persons arrested in Attempt to murder

A Case FIR No. 200 U/S 132, 109(1), 121(1), 3(5) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-34 Chandigarh on the statement of HC Hansdeep Singh PP-Burail against Sanjay @ Sanju (age-24 yrs) R/o # 562, Burail, Ashu age-37 R/o #1220, Village Burail Chandigarh and Sanjay (age-32) yrs R/o # 1238, Burail Chandigarh they attack on complainant with kicks, punches and cement blocks near Mukesh Motor Kabari Market Village Burail, Chandigarh on 10-12-2025. Complainant got injured and admitted in GMCH-32 Chandigarh. During the investigation above, three accused have been arrested in this case. Investigation of this case is in progress.

One arrested using fake number plate on vehicle

Chandigarh Police arrested Ashok Kumar @ Tida R/o # 801 Sector 25 Chandigarh from gas agency turn sector-25, Chandigarh on 10-12-2025 while using fake no. CH-76(T)-8560 on motorcycle whereas the original number is CH-01CC-5841. A Case FIR No. 186 U/S 341(2), 317(2) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector- 11 Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Accident

A Case FIR No. 188 U/S 281, 106(1) ) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-11 Chandigarh against driver of thar no. PB-27H 7326 sped away after hitting a cyclist namely Milkha Singh R/o # 702 Sector- 38/A, Chandigarh near CTP Sector-23, Chandigarh on 11-12-2025. Cyclist got injured and was taken to GMSH-16 Chandigarh where the duty doctor declared him brought dead. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Theft

A Case FIR No. 187 U/S 305-A, 331(1) ) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector- 11 Chandigarh on the complaint of Harminder Pal Singh R/O E1-26 Panjab University Sector 14 Chandigarh against unknown person who stole away complainant Led, Silver Anklets, Silver Bracelets from his house after broken the lock on 10-12-2025. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Cheating

A Case FIR No. 171 U/S 420, 120-B IPC ) has been registered in Police Station Sector-11 Chandigarh on the complaint of Mr. Manjeet Singh R/o Siwan Gate, Kaithal, Haryana and others against Ravinder Singh @ Ravi Saab and others of Immigration Firm B.B. Council situated at SCO No. 60-62, Sector 17/C, Chandigarh . They cheated the complainant with Rs 17,11,000/- regarding visa. Investigation of this case is in progress.
