Chandigarh Police arrested Aadil R/o # 258, PH-1 BDC, Sector 26, Chandigarh near Butterfly Park Sector -26, Chandigarh on 18-11-2025 and recovered one kamanidar knife from his possession. A Case FIR No. 122 U/S 25-54-59 Arms Act has been registered in police Station Sector-26 Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

One arrested in Snatching Case

A Case FIR No. 89 U/S 304(2), 317(2), 324(4) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-3 Chandigarh on the complaint of Nitesh Malik R/o # 289 Village Saketri, Panchkula, Haryana against Ankit Kumar R/o # 176 Nada Road, Nayagaon, District Mohali, Punjab. Who snatched the complainant's mobile phone from Buddha garden near Sukhna lake, Chandigarh, on 18-11-2025. During the investigation, the accused person was arrested. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Three persons arrested in consuming liquor

Chandigarh Police arrested Keshav Sharma R/o # B-34 Street No. 1/5 Chander Nagar Ludhiana, Punjab from in front of Tehal Singh Dhaba Sector-22/B, Chandigarh on 18-11-2025 while drinking and creating nuisance in a public Place. A Case FIR No. 162 U/S 68-1(B) PP Act 2007 & 355 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-17 Chandigarh. Later on the accused bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Chandigarh Police arrested Sandeep Kumar R/o # 833 Village Burail Sector-45 Chandigarh near Park Sector-45/A, Chandigarh on 18-11-2025 while drinking and creating nuisance in a public place. A Case FIR No. 183 U/S 68-1(B) PP Act 2007 & 355 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-34 Chandigarh. Later on the accused bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Chandigarh Police arrested Deepak Maurya R/O # 183/19, Vill- Attawa, Sec-42/B Chandigarh near back side karan taxi stand DMC, Chandigarh on 18-11-2025 while drinking and Creating nuisance in a public place. A Case FIR No. 140 U/S 68-1 (B) PP Act. 2007 & 355 BNS has been registered in Police Station Maloya Chandigarh. Later on the accused bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Accident

A case FIR No. 218 U/S 281, 106(1) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-31 Chandigarh on the complaint of lady R/o # 551 Hallo Majra, Chandigarh against Mohit R/o # 175 Hallomajra, Chandigarh, Driver of the Mahindra pick UP No. HR 68B- 1539 who hit pedestrian complainant Mother in law near Hallo Majra Light point slip road on dated 18-11-2025, Complaint mother in law sharda got injured and was taken to GMCH-32 Chandigarh where she expired. During the investigation the accused was arrested and later on bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.
