*CM Nayab Singh Saini Announces Rs 51 Lakh Grant for Narnaul Saini Sabha*
*All Demands Put Forth by Narnaul MLA Om Parkash Yadav To Be Fulfilled*
Chandigarh, November 16 – Haryana Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini made several development-related announcements for Narnaul during the state-level Maharaja Shoor Saini Jayanti celebration held in Narnaul.
During the event, Narnaul MLA Sh. Om Prakash Yadav presented 27 development demands for the Narnaul Assembly constituency, all of which were immediately approved by the Chief Minister.
The Chief Minister announced a grant of Rs 51 lakh for the Saini Sabha, Narnaul. In addition, Education Minister Sh. Mahipal Singh Dhanda, Public Works Minister Sh. Ranbir Singh Gangwa, Health Minister Arti Singh Rao, and MP Sh. Dharambir Singh also announced Rs 11 lakh each for the Saini Sabha, Narnaul.
Addressing the Maharaja Shoor Saini celebration, the Chief Minister approved all demands placed by MLA Sh. Om Parkash Yadav and announced Rs 10 crore for the remodelling of the Narnaul Distributary. He also announced Rs 8 crore for constructing water storage tanks to support sprinkler irrigation systems in Nangal Katha, Chindalia, Dohar Kalan, and Amarpur Jorasi.
Approval was given for an RCC pipeline for the Krishnavati River, supplying water from the minor to the Shobha Sagar pond, and remodelling drainage systems for floodwater in the hilly areas of village Tahla and Mukundpura.
The Chief Minister also announced the construction of irrigation canal bridges in the villages of Kutubpur, Mandlana, Patikara, Lahroda, Gehli, Nang Tihari, Guwani, Seva, Kanwi, and Seehma. In addition, new ponds will be constructed in villages Bazaad and Ganiyar to help improve groundwater levels.
He approved the construction of canal colony residences, a new sewerage system, Rs 5 crore for the development of HUDA Sector in Narnaul, construction of a new ITI building, a 12-room teaching block in the Government College, and repair of the Women’s ITI building.
At the Jayanti celebration, Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini further announced the construction of a boundary wall for Government Women’s College, Narnaul, and development of a stadium on 6 acres of land at Government PG College. He also approved construction of a Sub-Health Centre at Dhani Bathotha, Narnaul; construction of a building for the Sub-Divisional Office of the Dakshin Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam (DHBVN); and the establishment of a new CP-2 subdivision.
He announced the replacement of old electricity wires and realignment of poles at appropriate distances. The Chief Minister also approved Rs 7 crore for covering the old drain in the Narnaul Municipal Council area, construction of new disposal facilities at Lal Pahadi and Eidgah Colony, laying of 25 km of new sewer lines, and replacement of 3 km of old sewer lines.
Repairs will be undertaken at the STP located on Rewari Road. He also announced construction of new waterworks for drinking water supply at Seehma, Rampura, Barkoda, and Kutubpur, and new waterworks in Kojinda, Nasibpur, and Patikara. New drinking water pipelines will be laid in 11 colonies of the city.
Further, the Chief Minister announced repair of 95 km of 36 PWD roads, and regularization of 13 unauthorised colonies in Narnaul. He also announced construction of a four-lane road up to the Maharishi Chyawan Medical College and said that the general hospital to be built at the college will be named after Shaheed Rao Tula Ram.
The Chief Minister declared that 25 km of rural ‘kachcha’ paths will be converted into pucca roads, and an additional Rs5 crore will be allocated specifically for development works in Narnaul. He added that all seven demands placed by the Saini Sabha will undergo feasibility checks and will be approved accordingly.

Their art has earned them recognition even abroad. Artists present at the Mahotsav said that the International Gita Mahotsav is a platform where they can proudly showcase their talent.
Artists from different states said that they are once again delighted to be part of the Gita Mahotsav and to present their folk traditions to the public. Various colours of folk culture from across the nation are visible at the ghats of Brahma Sarovar. These artists will continue their efforts to connect people with the folk culture of their respective states until December 5.

Chandigarh, November 16 – Haryana Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said the Ahirwal region has always been known as the land of the brave. This sacred soil has given birth to countless warriors who have dedicated everything to the nation. He said visiting such a land of sacrifice is a matter of great fortune for him. Today, the glory of Maharaja Shoor Saini has further sanctified this place. Maharaja Shoor Saini was a mighty, learned, righteous, spiritual and people-centric ruler. His kingdom reflected true socialism.
The Chief Minister was addressing the state-level Maharaja Shoor Saini Jayanti ceremony in Narnaul as the Chief Guest. Prior to this, he inaugurated and laid the foundation stones of 19 development projects worth Rs 84 crore.
He assured that most of the demands placed before him by Narnaul MLA Sh. Om Parkash Yadav will be fulfilled and affirmed that the pace of development in the region would continue to accelerate.
During the event, the Chief Minister announced that the General Hospital to be constructed at Maharishi Chyawan Medical College, Koriawas, will be named after “Shaheed Rao Tula Ram.” He also said that no effort will be spared in the development of Narnaul and that the unapproved colonies in the area will be regularized as per norms.
Extending greetings to the people on the occasion of Maharaja Shoor Saini Jayanti, Chief Minister Sh. Nayab Singh Saini said that the Saini community has an ancient and glorious history. Social reformers like Mahatma Jyotiba Phule and India’s first woman teacher Savitribai Phule are jewels of the Saini community. They made revolutionary contributions, especially in the field of women’s education. Similarly, they dedicated their entire lives for the upliftment of the weaker sections.
The Chief Minister said that the Saini community played a significant role in India’s freedom struggle. The community gave freedom fighters such as Sardar Mehnga Singh Saini, Ajit Singh Saini and Hari Singh Saini, who were part of Netaji Subhas Chandra Bose’s Azad Hind Fauj.
This community has also contributed great saints like Sant Shree Likhmidas, military commander Gulab Chand Saini of the Ballabhgarh estate, Bihar’s social reformer Babu Jagdev Prasad Kushwaha, hockey wizard Major Dhyan Chand Kushwaha, and renowned artist and creator of Chandigarh’s Rock Garden, Padma Shri Nek Chand Saini.
The Chief Minister said that under the Sant-Mahapurush Vichar Samman evam Prasar Yojana, the government is working to spread the teachings of saints and great personalities to every household. The celebration of Maharaja Shoor Saini Jayanti is also a part of this initiative. Following the path shown by these great figures, the state government is continuously working for the welfare and upliftment of all sections with the spirit of ‘Haryana Ek–Haryanvi Ek’.
He said under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Sh. Narendra Modi, the state government is moving forward with the policy of ‘Sabka Saath – Sabka Vikas – Sabka Vishwas – Sabka Prayas’. The welfare and upliftment of the poor has always been the government’s commitment. Therefore, the foundation of development is the empowerment of the poor. At the state-level ceremony organized on Sunday in the New Grain Market, Narnaul on the occasion of Maharaja Shoor Saini Jayanti, the Chief Minister inaugurated and laid foundation stones for various development projects worth approximately Rs. 83.70 crore for the district.

The Chief Minister inaugurated 110 residential quarters for officers and employees at the district headquarters in Narnaul, constructed at a cost of Rs. 3,595.65 lakh. He also inaugurated the Trauma Centre in Narnaul built at a cost of Rs. 656.41 lakh; road construction and beautification works from the Women Police Station to Girls ITI costing Rs. 280.25 lakh; construction of two parks in Narnaul city at a cost of Rs. 234.76 lakh; three-bay bus stand in Nangal Chaudhary costing Rs. 228.47 lakh; road works from the Women Police Station to Agrasen Chowk in Narnaul costing Rs. 116.25 lakh; construction of the Administrative Block at Government College Ateli costing Rs. 100 lakh; park in Chitwan Vatika, Narnaul costing Rs. 90.41 lakh; a park near Sati Mata Mandir in Ward No. 13, Narnaul costing Rs. 71.81 lakh; GVH in Azmabad Mokhuta costing Rs. 40.29 lakh; GVH in Meghot Halla costing Rs. 35.83 lakh; the GVH in Kamania costing Rs. 35.83 lakh; the GVD in Jhook costing Rs. 32.58 lakh; the GVD in Kheri costing Rs. 31.11 lakh; and the GVD in Dhana costing Rs. 31.11 lakh.
In addition, the Chief Minister also laid foundation stones for four upcoming projects to be constructed at a total cost of approximately Rs. 2,789.23 lakh. These include the improvement work of the Faizabad–Sehma–Kanina Road (ADR-127) under PWD (B&R), to be built at a cost of Rs. 2,113.94 lakh; the construction of the Science Block at Government College, Ateli at a cost of around Rs. 442 lakh; the improvement of the urban stretch of the Rewari–Narnaul Road (from NH-11 to Chalk Nala) at a cost of Rs. 193 lakh; and the construction of the Government Veterinary Hospital in Dulana at a cost of Rs. 40.29 lakh.

Krishan Kumar Bedi, said that the year 2026 will mark a new golden chapter of development in Narwana. The development projects worth around Rs. 300 crore announced by the Chief Minister on August 17 for the Narwana region will begin soon. Construction of the new Rest House building will start this month, and work on the new building of the Civil Hospital will begin in December.
Sh. Bedi was addressing a conference as the Chief Guest at Narwana on Saturday evening. The conference was organized with the aim of promoting Swadeshi products under Atmanirbhar bharat campaign to the masses.
The objective of this campaign is to promote the use of indigenous products, which will be advantageous for every citizen. When people give priority to products made in India and reduce dependence on foreign goods, India will naturally become a self-reliant and developed nation, he added.
He further said that this campaign will boost business and employment within the country, directly benefiting Indian industries, factory owners, traders, and educated unemployed youth, thereby strengthening the nation’s economy. He said that Sardar Patel’s ideology teaches us that national unity, integrity and a spirit of service are the true identity of a strong India.
