Mahendergarh, 15.10.25-The Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendergarh celebrated the release of two significant books edited by Prof. Nand Kishor on Indian Knowledge System. “Innovating with Tradition: Integration of Bhartiya Gyaan Parampara, Teacher Education and NEP 2020” and its second volume “REIMAGINING 21st CENTURY TEACHER EDUCATION IN INDIA -Integrating Bhartiya Gyaan Parampara, NEP 2020, and Technology”. The launch ceremony was attended by students, academicians, and dignitaries in an engaging and scholarly gathering.

Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar, Vice Chancellor appreciated the academic value and vision of the books, congratulating Prof. Nand Kishore for his remarkable contribution.
Prof. Nand Kishor shared that the volumes blend India’s timeless knowledge systems with the transformative vision of NEP 2020, drawing inspiration from great scholars such as Aryabhata, Charaka, Panini, and Patanjali. The works emphasize that true educational innovation lies in reconnecting with India’s cultural and intellectual roots while shaping a value-based, inclusive, and future-ready education system.

Dr. Pawan Kumar Sharma, Pro-Vice Chancellor also extended his congratulations, lauding the books as a meaningful step toward integrating Indian Knowledge Systems with contemporary teacher education. The event attended by Prof. Antresh Kumar, Prof. Akash Saxena, and Dr. Manish Kumar, along with officials from the Social Study Foundation and Samajik Samrasta Manch.
