CHANDIGARH, 23.06.25-With this profound reflection, St. Joseph Senior Secondary School, Chandigarh commemorated International Yoga Day on the 5th of June 2025 with immense fervour and mindfulness. The campus was imbued with a spirit of tranquillity and discipline as students and faculty members united in wholehearted participation, embracing the timeless practice of yoga as a cornerstone of holistic well-being.
The event unfolded with a structured session of asanas, pranayama, and meditative practices, led by experienced yoga facilitators. Participants were guided through techniques designed not only to enhance physical flexibility and stamina but also to foster emotional equilibrium and mental clarity. The session was interspersed with discussions highlighting the ancient origins, philosophical underpinnings, and contemporary relevance of yoga in combating the stresses of modern life.
