CHANDIGARH, 16.09.26-Dr. Sagar Preet Hooda, IPS, DGP, Chandigarh, invited Col. Gursewak Singh (War Veteran), President, Residents Welfare Association, MHC, Sector-13, Chandigarh, to discuss police-related issues raised during his visit to MHC on 14th September 2026.
Issues such as traffic congestion on MHC roads, parking on pedestrian pathways, strengthening of the Beat Box, control of petty crimes like snatching and theft, and the menace of drugs were discussed in detail with a view to take prompt remedial measures.
The President was accompanied by Sh. Vipul Sayal, General Secretary, Sh. Ashwani Dhiman, Finance Secretary and Sh. Juldan Singh, Secretary (Coordination).
The delegation also met SSP Chandigarh Ms Kanwardeep Kaur, IPS.
