A Case FIR No. 64 u/s 281, 125(A) BNS has been registered at Police Station Industrial Area, Chandigarh on the complaint of Sh. Pardeep S/o Ram Darshi R/o #328, Village Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh, aged 36 years against Aditya Sharma S/o Baljit Kumar Sharma R/o #1050, B-2, Vishwakarma Colony, Pinjore, District Panchkula, Haryana, aged 30 years, driver of Chhota Hathi vehicle No. CH-01TC-8963. The complainant alleged that on 09-07-2026 at about 2:30 PM, near Chandigarh Sweets, Phase-I, Industrial Area, Chandigarh, the accused negligently hit the complainant's Activa scooter No. CH-01BE-8348, causing injuries to the complainant, who was admitted to PGI, Chandigarh for treatment. The accused was arrested and later released on bail. The case is under investigation.
