Chandigarh Police arrested Rohit R/o # 230/BN Small flat Dhanas Chandigarh near Milk Colony Dhanas light point Chandigarh on 22-11-2025 while drinking and creating nuisance in a public Place. A Case FIR No. 92 U/S 68-1(B) PP Act 2007 & 355 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sarangpur Chandigarh. Later on the accused bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Chandigarh Police arrested Dharmendra R/o # 34 Village Dhanas Chandigarh near fish market EWS Colony Chandigarh on 22-11-2025 while drinking and creating nuisance in a public Place. A Case FIR No. 93 U/S 68-1(B) PP Act 2007 & 355 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sarangpur Chandigarh. Later on the accused bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Chandigarh Police arrested Ranjit Singh R/o # Village Chakkund Wala District Fazilka Punjab from parking of PP - 61, Chandigarh on 22-11-2025 while drinking and creating nuisance in a public place. A Case FIR No. 237 U/S 68-1(B) PP Act 2007 & 355 BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-36 Chandigarh. Later on the accused bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Action against Excise Act

Chandigarh Police arrested Sunny R/o # 2545/1 Sector 49 Chandigarh from Sector 48 C/D turn Chandigarh on 22-11-2025 and recovered 21 Nips of Royal General Premium Whisky. A Case FIR No. 82 U/S 61-1-14 Excise Act has been registered in Police Station Sector 49 Chandigarh. Later on the accused bailed out. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Voluntarily causing hurt

A Case FIR No 93 U/S 118(1) BNS has been registered in Police Station Manimajra Chandigarh on the complaint of Shivam R/o # 566 near Qila Manimajra Chandigarh against Himanshu R/o # 1100 Mori gate Manimajra Chandigarh who stabbed complainant near his house on 22.11.2025. Victim sustained injuries and was admitted to Civil Hospital. Investigation of this case is in progress.
