Two persons arrested in NDPS Act

DCC Chandigarh Police arrested Ashok R/o # 2525 Sector-52, Chandigarh from infront D-Park Sector-52, Chandigarh on 13-11-2025 and recovered 264 gram heroin from his possession. A Case FIR No. 227 U/S 21 NDPS Act has been registered in Police Station Sector-36 Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Chandigarh Police arrested Yudhveer Shah @ Nawab R/o # 871 Sector- 38/A Chandigarh from backside bus stop Sector-37, Chandigarh on 13-11-2025 and recovered 6.21 gram heroin from his possession. A Case FIR No. 137 U/S 21 NDPS Act has been registered in Police Station Sector-39 Chandigarh. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Two person arrested in Snatching case

A Case FIR No. 99 U/S 304(2), 3(5) BNS has been registered in Police Station Industrial Area Chandigarh on the complaint of lady R/o # Sunder Nagar Part-2 Mauli Jagran, Chandigarh against 2 unknown persons on bike number not known sped away after snatched complainant purse containing mobile phone and Aadhar card and 1000/- R.s near cow shelter home Ph-1 Ind. Area, Chandigarh on 13-11-2025. During the investigation the accused persons Mohit Pathak R/o # 587 Gas Colony, Village- Daria, Chandigarh and Vikas R/o Vill- Sundarpur Distt- Motihari, Bihar. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Voluntarily causing hurt

A case FIR No. 113 U/S 190, 191(2), 191(3), 115(2), 118(1), 126(2) BNS has been registered in Police Station Mauli Jagran Chandigarh on the complaint of Ajay Gupta @ Anmol R/o # 8, Makhan Majra Chandigarh against 5/6 unknown persons, they abusing & attack on complainant and his friend harmandeep with knife near beatbox Makhan Majra, Chandigarh on 13-10-2025. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Cheating

A Case FIR No. 86 U/S 420, 467, 468, 471, 120b IPC & 24 Immigration Act has been registered in Police Station Sector-03 Chandigarh on the complaint of one lady R/o # Nic Manimajra, Chandigarh against Gaurav Sharma and others R/o # SCO No. 16-17 Sector-9, Chandigarh. They cheated the complainant with Rs 24,30,000/- regarding UK visa. Investigation of this case is in progress.

Theft case

A Case FIR No. 173 U/S 305(A) BNS has been registered in Police Station Sector-11 Chandigarh on the complaint of lady R/o # Hera Enclave Nabha Pind District- Patiala (Punjab) against unknown person who stole away one gold mangalsutra, one pair topas, two pair ear ring, one ring from # 125 sec-15, Chandigarh.
