Chandigarh, 14 November – Haryana’s Energy, Transport and Labour Minister, Sh. Anil Vij said that “The Bihar election has sent a very big message to the entire country, because the people does not want fake promises— it wants real work and development.” He added that “The aware citizens of Bihar have completely eliminated the ‘jungle raj’ from its roots and have rejected the politics of Katta Raj. The people of Bihar have accepted the development-driven policies of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, he asserted.”
Sh. Vij was responding to questions from media persons today.
He said that in the Bihar election, the strategy of Union Home Minister Sh. Amit Shah, who he described as “the Chanakya of this era,” played a significant role. Likewise, Nitish Kumar, who has a clean image with no allegations against him, was accepted by the people.
Responding to a question about the Opposition’s claim that the victory in Bihar was not that of the NDA but of some “SIR,” Sh. Vij remarked sarcastically that “The people of Bihar have crushed the Opposition’s supposed victory under their feet.”

Energy Minister Anil Vij joined the Shahidi Yatra dedicated to the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji and received the Guru’s blessings
Chandigarh, 14 November – Haryana’s Energy, Transport, and Labour Minister, Anil Vij, today participated in the Shahidi Yatra held in Ambala, dedicated to the 350th Shahidi Yatra of Shri Guru Tegh Bahadur Sahib Ji. He received the Guru’s blessings and flagged off the Yatra for Delhi. While raising the sacred Sikh chant “Jo Bole So Nihal,” he infused enthusiasm among the devotees.
On this occasion, the President and other office-bearers of the Delhi Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee honoured Minister Anil Vij with a siropa (robe of honour) and a memento.
It is noteworthy that the Yatra will conclude at Gurdwara Shri Sis Ganj Sahib in Delhi. Former Senior Vice President of the Haryana Sikh Gurdwara Management Committee, Sudarshan Singh Sehgal, along with other officials, was also present
