Mahendergarg, 01.11.25On the occasion of the 150th birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and National Unity Day, volunteers from the National Service Scheme (NSS) unit of the Central University of Haryana (CUH), Mahendragarh, enthusiastically participated in the district-level unity march organized by the District Administration, Mahendragarh.

Addressing the volunteers, CUH Vice-Chancellor Prof. Tankeshwar Kumar inspired them to follow the ideals and vision of Sardar Patel. He emphasized the importance of working together as a team and upholding the spirit of “Unity in Diversity.” He said that if society remains divided on the basis of religion, region, or language, overall development cannot be achieved.
Dr. Pradeep Kumar, NSS Coordinator informed that the march was organized from Sondi (Dongra Ahir) to Nangal Sirohi, with the participation of social reformers and eminent personalities from Mahendragarh. The CUH NSS volunteers actively took part in the march and presented patriotic songs and dances to spread the message of unity and national pride. NSS Programme Officers Dr. Yudhvir, Dr. Neelam, and Dr. Mukesh Upadhyay were also present during the event.
