CHANDIGARH-19.05.2024- With the arrest of two accused Tijender Singh @ Chandari S/o Kulwant Singh R/o H.No 287 New Indira Colony MM Chd age 20 yrs and Anil @ Lindi S/o Ajmer Kumar R/o H.No 219 Juggi near Balmiki Mandir NIC MM Chd age 20 yrs Police has claimed to achieved a major success by solving a Motor vehicle theft cases.

A case eFIR No. 427 Dated 18.05.2024 U/S 379 IPC added 411, 34 IPC PS- MM Chd was registered on the complaint of Rajesh Kumar (24 yrs) S/o Sh. Amar Chand R/o Village-Rattewli, Distt. Panchkula, Haryana reported that on dated 17.05.2024 from 15.30 Hrs to 16.00 hrs unknown person has stolen his black colour Hero M/Cycle No. HR03R-3513, engine/ chassis No. HA10EJEHH44949/ MBLHA10AMEHH63562 from SCO No. 272, Motor Market, Manimajra, Chandigarh.

Keeping in view the sensitivity of the case, a special team under the supervision of Ms. Kanwardeep Kaur SSP UT, Sh. Mridul SP City, Sh. Abhinandan P. SDPO/North East and under the leadership of Insp. Ram Dayal, SHO/PS Manimajra comprising other police officials was constituted to nab the culprit. During the investigation making sincere efforts of police party succeeded to arrest the accused Tijender Singh @ Chandari S/o Kulwant Singh R/o H.No 287 New Indira Colony MM Chd age 20 yrs and Anil @ Lindi S/o Ajmer Kumar R/o H.No 219 Juggi near Balmiki Mandir NIC MM Chd age 20 yrs and stolen M/C HR03R3513 Splendor was recovered from both the accused and one Mobile Oneplus color Navy Blue was also recovered from accused Anil @ Lindi. Today the accused has been produced before the Hon’ble court.
