*2, Antioxidants are great for your skin as they tie down the production of free radicals, dark spots and save you from the harmful effects of pollution and UV rays. You must munch on a lot of antioxidants such as berries, spinach, broccoli
*3, Exercise increase blood flow throughout the body, thereby bringing vital oxygen, nutrients, and minerals to the skin. Bottom line: working out leads to brighter, better-looking skin.
*4, most importantly, remove stress will give you a better glow. Uncontrolled stress can make your skin more sensitive and trigger acne breakouts and other skin problems. To encourage healthy skin — and a healthy state of mind — take steps to manage your stress. Get enough sleep, set reasonable limits, scale back your to-do list and make time to do the things you enjoy. The results might be more dramatic than you expect.
