One arrested in theft case

Amit R/o # 3356, Sector-25, Chandigarh reported that unknown person who stole away complainant’s Swift car no. CH-01CJ-2897 near his house on 26-01-2023. Later on, accused arrested person namely Vishal R/o Jhuggi No. 3385, Sector-25, Chandigarh (age-22 years). A case FIR No. 20, U/S 379, 411 IPC has been registered in PS-11, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Attempt to Murder

A case FIR No. 14, U/S 307, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-31, Chandigarh on the complaint of Dinesh Kumar R/o #1642, Deep Complex Hallomajra, Chandigarh against Shivam (age-23 years) and Ketan (age-21 years) both R/o # 2291 Phase-2 Ram Darbar, Chandigarh, they attempt to murder to complainant near Sabji Mandi Phase-2 Ind. Area, Chandigarh on 27-01-2023. Both accused persons have been arrested in this case. Investigation of case is in progress.

Theft

A lady resident of Sector-48/A, Chandigarh alleged that a lady R/o Jagatpura (PB) ran away after stolen one diamond ring, 2 diamond ear ring, one gold ring, 2 silver plates, cash Rs 15000/- and some other household items from her house on 24-01-2023. A case FIR No. 06, U/S 381 IPC has been registered in PS-49, Chandigarh. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Dowry

A case FIR No. 05 Dated 27-01-2023 U/S 406, 498-A IPC PS-Women has been registered on the complaint of a lady R/o Chandigarh against her husband and parents-in-law R/o New Delhi, they harassed complainant on the pretext of demanding more dowry. Investigation of the case is in progress.
