Case registered against persons failed to appear in Court

A case FIR No. 46 U/S 174-A IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh on the orders of the Hon’ble court of Sh. Tarun Kumar, JMIC, Distt. Court, Sector-43, Chandigarh against Dhanesh R Shinde, Prop. of Sant Prashad Agro Agencies resident of Talegaon Vani, Post Tisgaon, Near Shankreshwari Nashik, Dindori Maharashtra who was declared PO by the Hon’ble court but did not appeared before the Hon’ble Court in pursuance of issuance of the proclamation. Investigation of the case is in progress.

A case FIR No. 47 U/S 174-A IPC has been registered in PS-36, Chandigarh on the orders of the Hon’ble court of Sh. Tarun Kumar, JMIC, Distt. Court, Sector-43, Chandigarh against Lucky Harbans Lal R/o # 313/20, Onkar Nagar, Gurdaspur, Punjab who was declared PO by the Hon’ble court but did not appeared before the Hon’ble Court in pursuance of issuance of the proclamation.. Investigation of the case is in progress.

Assault/trespass

A case FIR No. 09, U/S 452, 354, 323, 506, 34 IPC has been registered in PS-Ind. Area, Chandigarh on the complaint of a lady resident of Sector-29B, Chandigarh who alleged that persons namely Akash, Rishabh and others entered in complainant’s residence with sticks and eve-teased/abused/threatened the complainant on 20.01.2023. Investigation of the case is in progress.
