In his inspiring address, Shri Mahendra Singh extended best wishes to all participants for a bright future. Emphasizing that the youth are the true strength of the nation, he encouraged them to move forward with confidence and determination.

*For effective public grievance redressal, Shri Prasad directed that a Public Grievance Portal be launched by 15th December 2025, enabling citizens to conveniently register and track their grievances online.

In a major enforcement action, the Estate Office, Chandigarh Administration, today carried out a demolition drive at Elante Mall, Plot No. 178-178A, Industrial Area, Phase I, Chandigarh (Property IND–150) to remove unauthorized constructions and restore compliance with the sanctioned building plans.

The event was inaugurated by Shri H. Rajesh Prasad, IAS, Chief Secretary, Chandigarh Administration, under the MY Bharat initiative of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India, in collaboration with the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Department of Youth Welfare, Panjab University.

Dr. Suman Singh, Director Health Services-cum-MD NHM, UT Chandigarh, was the Chief Guest for the event. Dr. Ranjana Mehta, Programme Officer (NIDDCP), highlighted the various activities undertaken by the IDD Cell, UT Chandigarh, and shared the key achievements of the programme.
