The Governor of Punjab and Administrator, U.T. Chandigarh, Shri Gulab Chand Kataria, today launched the Intensified IEC Campaign - “Break Free” a mass digital awareness movement on HIV/AIDS, at Punjab Lok Bhavan, Chandigarh.
